Thank you for buying a DART. That is not a small thing to us. We are a small team in California, and every order is picked, inspected and packed here by hand, which means yours passed through someone's hands on its way to yours.
You chose a piece of hardware that was designed to be used every day and to last. We take that seriously, and we are glad you are here.
This page is the short version of everything worth knowing: how to get going, where the guides live, where to find us, and what to do if something is not right. Two minutes, start to finish.
02. Quick start
Get going in about a minute.
Check the case first.Everything in your order is listed on the packing slip. On the DART Pro, the pipe ships seated in the interior pocket of the case, so look there before you assume something is missing.
Load it.Grind your herb fine and even. Press the tip straight down into it, twist a quarter turn, and lift. The chamber packs itself. That is one dose.
Clear it after every use.Push the spent load out through the tip while it is still warm. A clear chamber is the whole reason the next draw pulls the way it should.
Which models take a filter?
The DART Pro and DART Pro Titanium are the only models built around the filter system. The original DART and the DART Plus are not. Replacement filters live in DART Accessories.
