Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (within the US)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via United States Postal Service and are generally received within 2 to 5 business days. 

The DART Company is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost / stolen / damaged packages. Therefore, Route Package Protection is recommended and will automatically be selected at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (outside the US)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via GlobalPost and are generally received within 14-21 days.

DHL Express shipping option is available and packages are typically delivered within 2-5 business days once the package is shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur once the package leaves our facility. 

International orders are subject to duty or customs fees. The DART Company is not responsible for any fees requested by the mail carrier or customs. Please take additional costs into consideration when placing an international order.

Navidium Shipping Protection is required for international orders and will automatically be selected at checkout. 

 

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping insurance is provided by Navidium Shipping Protection and can be purchased during checkout; it covers your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged. The coverage is automatically selected for each order and will need to be manually removed if you wish to not have protection. 

If you need to file a claim, you have up to 30 days from the shipment date (i.e. the date you received a tracking number) to file one.

Claims for packages marked ‚ÄúDelivered‚ÄĚ must be filed after 5 days but before 15 days from the date it was marked ‚ÄúDelivered‚ÄĚ. A police report may be required for stolen packages.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (i.e. the status is not ‚Äúdelivered‚ÄĚ) must be filed after 7 days (after 20 days for international) but before 30 days from the shipment date.

TO FILE A CLAIM:

  1. Email support@thedartco.com with the email that you used to place the order and provide your order number
  2. Write "Claim for Order #______" in the subject line
  3. Describe the reason you are requesting a claim: Lost, Stolen, Damaged

If the claim is approved, Navidium will have us send a replacement order or issue a refund. A new tracking number will be provided with each replacement order.
