Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (within the US)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via United States Postal Service and are generally received within 2 to 5 business days. 

The DART Company is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost / stolen / damaged packages. Therefore, Route Package Protection is recommended and will automatically be selected at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (outside the US)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via GlobalPost and are generally received within 14-21 days.

International orders are subject to duty or customs fees. The DART Company is not responsible for any fees requested by the mail carrier or customs. Please take additional costs into consideration when placing an international order.

The DART Company is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost / stolen / damaged packages. 

Route Package Protection is required and will automatically be selected at checkout. 

 

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Shipping insurance is provided by Route.com and can be purchased during checkout; it covers your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged. 

If you need to file a claim, you have up to 30 days from the shipment date (i.e. the date you received a tracking number) to file one.

Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed after 5 days but before 15 days from the date it was marked “Delivered”.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (i.e. the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (after 20 days for international) but before 30 days from the shipment date.

TO FILE A CLAIM:

  1. Visit https://claims.route.com
  2. Enter your email address and order number
  3. Click “Resolve an Issue” and follow instructions

If the claim is approved, Route will have us send a replacement order or issue a refund. A new tracking number will be provided with each replacement order.
